We put in a lot of time and love into picking your products at Deepa’s Decor, We ensure that it is packed safely with No Damages, Because your satisfaction is very important to us!
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video without any cut or edits !
Please note that the item is not considered as damage when it is just removed because of the glue, we all know that it is fixable and it’s common in handmade items. Hence there is No Refund for fixable issues. Anyways we will ensure to send you only the best products from our end.
Damage is considered only if the product is broken with Unboxing video from the beginning to end of your Unpacking without cuts and edits.
To get your refund in case of damage, All we ask is that you drop us an email to [email protected] along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and We will ship for getting a new one in exchange.
